This is one of my kids' favorite Christmas traditions. It's super adorable and easy. 

First, you will need 2 or 3 large carrots, chopped, a large round bowl and a small Mason jar or other round bowl to make the center cut out.

Place the mason jar in the middle of the bowl and place the chopped carrots all around the bottom.

Place in the freezer over night. (Or for several hours until frozen.)  I will show you the finished product tomorrow night - Christmas Eve!!!
